Growing Numbers of Europeans and Russians Tour Boracay

The number of tourists both European and Russian who toured Boracay in the year 2016 grew based on the data from Malay Municipal Tourism Office. The island got a total of 58,831 European visitors in the year 2016 which is considerably higher compared to 56,578 in the year 2015, while some 11,593 Russian guests were listed in the same year of 2016 which is also higher compared to the 11,277 listed in the year 2015. There is also a roll in the number of both Indians and Saudi Arabian tourist who toured the island last year.  In the year 2016, the island summed a total of 15,681 Saudi Arabians tourists and 3,523 Indian tourists. Also, there were also a great number of domestic, Korean and Chinese tourists who came to experience the beautiful Boracay.

This is great news not just for the locals but the whole country since we all take pride of what our country has to offer to the tourists.
