Living is a Choice!

Living is the word that everyone knows but forgotten by some people, and it causes unemployment.  It's not a big deal for an individual but considering as a whole and around the world, it has a great impact. It is one of the reasons for the increasing rate of poverty around the world.

According to research, we have a decreasing rate of unemployed people since 2014 but people, but still, poverty occurs. This is because of the low-paying jobs of some companies that it may not be able to sustain the daily needs of every family or even every individual. Also, some people cannot enter the workforce because they lack the capability and knowledge about the job due to their educational status that they weren't able to finish their studies and worst weren't able to go to school.

One of the reasons for unemployment is the frictional unemployment. This happens when people leave their jobs to find a better one that would fit them. Some unemployed have also saved enough money so that they can quit unsatisfying jobs. They have something to spend until they find the right opportunity. Unsatisfied employment's reasons on living their job are because they want to earn more than what they are earning. That is the common perception of each employment. Especially to those who graduated from college or higher degrees. They feel unsatisfied about their current job if it's not much related from the degree that they graduated.

But being unemployed is a choice. A situation where you decide to either stop looking for jobs because of frustration or any other reasons or continuing seeking for it until you find just the right one for you. Having a degree is a great factor of having a job so easy but regardless of that certification, it would all depend on the perseverance and the hard work of an individual. It's a matter of being having that sense of responsibility. Not all who graduated in college or a higher program has a better job than those who were not. Some situation shows that those who weren't able to finish their studies have reached higher goals because of the experiences that they have. It's not about the certifications that you achieved but the experiences you had.

Today, most of the people that are successful even without having to follow their professions are those who ventured into online opportunities. Many people suddenly became online marketers, having online businesses even without having any idea or professional background on businesses, yet they are thriving in the online business world. You see, at the end of the day, it is not about how knowledgeable or how experienced you are - it is how you make the most out of what little you have and hard work!
