Healthy Living Tips for a Holistic Wellness

Our health is slowly becoming a major concern to the society. It really is, and it should be, but this time it has slowly gone to the downside. Our health is clearly the foundation of our life and a glitch in it would cause a significant impact that may hinder us to do our daily routine. To prevent our body from being damaged, here are some healthy tips for a comprehensive wellness.

1. Refrain from eating food processed or heated in the microwave, non - stick cookware and aluminum cookware usually bought in malls or online shops.

2. Hydrate half of your body in ounces of water every day. When you wake up in the morning and also in between meals, drink water regularly and finish your fluids 2 hours before going to bed.

3. Before purchasing items in groceries, check for the "hydrogenated" label and eliminate them. Avoid products with hydrogenated oils such as dressings, mayo, baked goods, cereals, and butter spreads. Fried foods and restaurant foods also contain hydrogenated oil.

4. When cooking, use coconut oil, butter, or fat from pasture - raised meats for sautéing. Olive oils are not advisable for heating. Instead, you can use them to flavor food after cooking. Avoid corn, cannula and soy oils.

5. Grate vegetables such as squash, cauliflower, and broccoli, so they would taste better, as well as getting more nutrients in every bite.

6. Purchase and consume the highest quality of pasture - raised eggs that are available.

7. Instead of having starchy foods such as rice, bread, cereal or pasta, you can exchange those with vegetables and chips. A combination of fruit snacks and organic cheese or almond butter is healthy, too.

8. Breakfast with plenty of protein and fat is healthy. Eat meals and snacks regularly, on a daily basis.

9. Do not allow pesticides in your home, yard, and in your food.

10. Eat wild salmon. Use premium quality oils of Omega 3.

11. Eliminate use of Iodized salt or sea salt. Use pink salt instead.

12. Avoid products that ate extremely high in starch and sugar content such as sodas, granola bars, muffins, rice, and soy milk. Artificial sweeteners are not any better.

13. Only eat soy that is fermented, as they are Gluten-Free.

14. Walking at least 20 - 30 minutes thrice a week improves your heart rate to 55 - 75 percent.

15. Get yourself away from electromagnetic field toxicity. Use battery operated clocks on your bedside table and don't sleep near a fuse box or other electrical appliances. Use screen protectors or other phone protectors to abate EMF field.

Paving the way to a healthier life may be difficult and expensive, but reaching the goal of having a body that's well taken care of makes it all worth it.
