As we know women, all or almost all treat their bags as their best friends. As bags carry women’s personal things, it is very much more than a treasure to her. It reflects a part of their personality and subconsciously relays it to the public. 1. Held in Hand: smaller bags, of course, are needed to be carried in hand, but when women carry even bigger bags on their hands, they are exquisitely showing off how they value their job. Thus, these women tend to take their careers seriously.

2. Carried on the Elbow: Women who carry or hang their bags in the elbow show off their status and position. There are times when women who do this tend to show off their status since bags are one of the status symbols. Being known as the carriers of secrets and indicators of power, status, and beauty, carrying a bag is a big deal for women. With this, the fashion industry began to release trendy and stylish bags, so there are several to choose from.

Looking back, the term "handbag" started in 1990's referring to the hand carried luggage used by men before. This became the inspiration for making new types of handbags that soon became popular with women. The handbags then had different materials, complicated fasteners, and started to have few compartments and locks. Soon, it had products which came from animal skins, plant fibers, and other artificial elements. Bags came with different sizes, shapes, colors, and texture.

Bags are now becoming an imperative part of life, especially to women. They find it very hard to stay away from stylish bags and even seek for the latest trends in the market.
