How to Love your Feet and of Mean it!



With each step, we make, the bones, tendons, muscles, and ligaments of our feet are going through a lot. Sadly, most of take our feet for granted and we don't really do a lot to take care of them.

So, here are some simple foot care tips you can do to make your feet happy and healthy.


Wear the right shoes
The shoes you wear are what protects and shelters your feet, it is only right that you wear something your feet would love. By that we mean, a pair shoe that fits right and feels right (you're comfortable).

Wash regularly
This is a no-brainer! Good foot hygiene starts from simply washing your feet every day (every time when needed). Washing your feet constantly and dry them completely help block foot odors and other bacteria-related problems. 

Moisturize always
Just like your face, your feet need moisturizer. Using foot moisturizer prevents your feet from becoming dry and cracked. Cracked skin makes your feet more exposed to infections. Thus, it is really necessary that you use moisturizer to avoid it.


Don't forget the nails
Trim your toenails regularly and keep them clean. When you are fond of coloring your toenails, make sure that you keep away from products that contain toluene, formaldehyde and dibutyl phthalate (DBP). Only choose products that have fewer chemicals for they dry out your nails and make them breakable.

Work it
To keep your feet healthy, it also needs exercise to keep the muscles, tendons, and bones working perfectly fine. With just a simple walking exercise is enough to keep it healthy, lessen the risk of injury, improve strength and flexibility.
