How to Treat the Aftermath under the Sun

Life is having a little fun under the sun. A day at the beach is what everyone desires as this relieves both your body and soul. But the aftermath can be harrowing, or disgusting. Make sure that once you're back from the all – day fun, you take good care of your skin. Here are some tips:

First, shower and moisturize. For sure you have applied layers and layers of sunscreens and soaked around the salty ocean. Now, it's time to clean your skin and get rid of the artifact upsurge. Never use a drying deodorant soap, but instead, use a natural bar that is good for hydration. Upon drying off, immediately apply moisturizing body butter to your body - which is mostly available through online shopping. Remember you have been into salt and sand, and that makes your skin dry.

Second, moisturize your feet. It can be great walking around the beach sand without wearing anything on your feet as you are exfoliating them in this way. The next important step is to put a moisturizer. Yes, it is a must! You've already exfoliated the dead skin on your feet, soaked them on the sea, but unless you moisturize them, it's going to be a mess! Get that feeling like you just had a pedicure by applying moisturizer.

Third, don't let your hair frizz out. Your hair undergoes a tragic beating while you're at the beach. So as soon as you get home, give it a thorough washing and apply a heavy and deep conditioner for 5-10 minutes and comb out your hair.

Fourth, have gentle care on your face. The wind on the beach might have included your face in the exfoliation. So to be safe, you can use a gentle cleanser and apply a moisturizer for hydration or night cream to give rest for your skin.

Fifth, soothe your lips. Unlike the skin, our lips can easily be burned by the sun and feel a bit dry depending on how hot the day was.

And lastly, water. Hydrate yourself to get rid of dehydration. You may have enjoyed the warm water, but water intake is the most important way we should enjoy the water.
