Glutathione: The Whys and Why Not!

To all the girls reading this, we are all beautiful! We should be. Or at least we know that we are. Today, many women are striving to achieve the best that they can be, no matter what it takes. As a trend, many are already engaging in the use of skin whitening, glutathione. Due to the demand, this can be bought in many stores across the world and even in online shops. Just a few clicks, and there you have your product. But as a coin has two sides, we also need to know the positive and the negative side of this beauty armor.

Pros: Glutathione gives us the beauty we all desire and even give us more than what we want. First of all, they result to a radiant whiter skin. By blocking oxidative stress which causes hyperpigmentation, age spots, and skin discoloration, they give us a glowing, radiant skin. Second, it boosts the effects of anti – aging products. By taking glutathione, effects of all other beauty products are also promoted and helped in giving the proper effect for your skin. Next, they improve your skin health. Glutathione works deep beneath the skin to detoxify cells and do away with heavy metals and toxins that cause skin aging.

Cons: It is important that we know the darkness that lies behind this whitening product. The first points out on allergic reactions. Some people are sensitive to what they intake and may cause adverse reactions and result to further damage on the skin. Second, glutathione is a long – processed product that contains various chemicals and cancer-causing compounds. Most whitening products are made of hydroquinone, a carcinogenic compound. Sadly, most whitening products today are rich in hydroquinone to speed up whitening effects and show results in just a few days. Next, glutathione may interfere with the normal skin function. Sometimes, they could affect the melanin production in your body as well as change the hormone level in the system. Glutathione could also cause mild discomforts and show side effects such as insomnia, vomiting, indigestion, and headaches. And finally, like all types of medication, glutathione intakes could also cause liver damage and chronic diseases.

We all want to have and do what's best for us. But not because they show good results now, they are the best decision. Make sure you already did your research because the aftermath of modern products waits on the next few years after consumption.
