Glutathione: The Whys and Why Not!

To all the girls reading this, we are all beautiful! We should be. Or at least we know that we are. Today, many women are striving to achieve the best that they can be, no matter what it takes. As a trend, many are already engaging in the use of skin whitening, glutathione. Due to the demand, this can be bought in many stores across the world and even in online shops. Just a few clicks, and there you have your product. But as a coin has two sides, we also need to know the positive and the negative side of this beauty armor.

Pros: Glutathione gives us the beauty we all desire and even give us more than what we want. First of all, they result to a radiant whiter skin. By blocking oxidative stress which causes hyperpigmentation, age spots, and skin discoloration, they give us a glowing, radiant skin. Second, it boosts the effects of anti – aging products. By taking glutathione, effects of all other beauty products are also promoted and helped in giving the proper effect for your skin. Next, they improve your skin health. Glutathione works deep beneath the skin to detoxify cells and do away with heavy metals and toxins that cause skin aging.

Cons: It is important that we know the darkness that lies behind this whitening product. The first points out on allergic reactions. Some people are sensitive to what they intake and may cause adverse reactions and result to further damage on the skin. Second, glutathione is a long – processed product that contains various chemicals and cancer-causing compounds. Most whitening products are made of hydroquinone, a carcinogenic compound. Sadly, most whitening products today are rich in hydroquinone to speed up whitening effects and show results in just a few days. Next, glutathione may interfere with the normal skin function. Sometimes, they could affect the melanin production in your body as well as change the hormone level in the system. Glutathione could also cause mild discomforts and show side effects such as insomnia, vomiting, indigestion, and headaches. And finally, like all types of medication, glutathione intakes could also cause liver damage and chronic diseases.

We all want to have and do what's best for us. But not because they show good results now, they are the best decision. Make sure you already did your research because the aftermath of modern products waits on the next few years after consumption.

Skin Talk: Foods that should be eliminated for a Healthier Skin

As we age, our body will become sensitive to some things, especially on what we eat. As we take good care of our body, we see more of what's wrong with it and what needs to be strengthened. More than the products that we buy in online shops, to help you take care and achieve your skin goal, eating habits are factors that should be taken care of. Certain foods can absorb chump moisture and walk off much-needed nutrients, damage the skin and make you look older. As a tip, here is what you need to avoid for a better - looking and healthy skin.

1. Greasy fried dishes are known to have full of trans fats as well as saturated fats, both take part to inflammation. It is best recommended changing bad cooking fats to healthy oils like a cold - pressed virgin olive oil and an unrefined coconut oil.

2. Refined glucose - rich foods such as juices, sweets, white bread and rice can activate body chemical reactions which hinder collagens from self - repair. With this, acnes will increase as sloughed skin can clog pores. Too much sugar intake can result as well to blood - sugar imbalances.

3. Too much alcohol consumption can cause facial flushing and broken capillaries. According to an expert, alcohol gives effect to dehydration, thus, making it hard for cells to detoxify and absorb nutrients naturally. This causes the skin to be dry, dull, irritated, and has too many wrinkles.

4. Too much caffeine on the body especially those from Sodas with sugars or artificial sweeteners can cause skin dehydration and aggravation and results to eczema. Remove toxins from your body by staying hydrated and keeping low sugar and low sodium fluids.

5. Heavily salted foods cause fluid retention that stretches the skin and make it look smooth, but just for a short period. But water retention can actually cause damage to connective tissues and recoil function.

6. Allergies to foods contribute importantly to the skin such as acne, eczema, dryness, and psoriasis. If you have identified foods that you find sensitive to your skin, it is always better to permanently eliminate them from your diet.

Having a healthy and younger looking skin requires not only effort but also self-discipline. It may be hard at first to resist the food that we like but have an adverse effect on our skin, but as time goes by, we start to get used of those. After all, everything is for our own sake.

How to Get Rid of Skin Moles

Skin is the largest part of our body no matter how you think that it is not an organ. It protects every organ inside and without our skin, our bones, muscles, and another organ would be hanging out. Aside from that, we always want to look good and so no wonder why people are so cautious with their skin.  Sometimes, no matter how we protect our skin, we experience some skin lesions like moles. Mole is small spot are in our skin. It may flat or rise. Most of the time moles will appear at the ages of 25-30, and sometimes it looks like freckles. Skin moles may be harmless but, it is better to check them to make sure that there are no irregularities.

Questions like "Can I still get rid of moles?" or "what should I do to get rid of skin moles?"  Then, the answer is "Yes. You can get rid of skin moles". Here are some tips you would like to read that might be helpful for you in getting away of skin moles.

•    Avoid being too exposed in the sun while you are still young. Too much sun exposure may increase the number of moles.
•    When going outside the house, you can use full hats which are enough to cover your skin from the direct heat of the sun.
•    Use protecting clothes to cover your skin when you go outside.
•    Avoid activities that cause you to stay under the sun.
•    Moles are normal in our skin but if you see some irregularities on it, let dermatologist check on it before it may lead and develop to skin cancer.
•    You can also prevent the growth and spread of moles by using sunblock with sun protection.
•    You can apply apple cider vinegar for moles. Apple cider vinegar is popular for home remedies and is use for other treatment or other skin diseases.
•    You can always check online on some home remedies for skin treatment.

Preferably, mole prevention is better than removing a mole that already developed in your skin. Often, a dermatologist would suggest mole removal if it causes skin cancer. If you are thinking of using a laser to remove your mole, then stop planning about it. Dermatologist does not recommend laser treatment. Aside from removing your mole just because you don't look good with it, still it will leave scars at the spot of your prior mole.

Those are the tips you can. But always remember, you should never worry when you have moles growing on your skin as long as you know if it is regular or not. Normal moles don’t need any treatment. On the other hand, moles with irregularities should be removed by surgical excision.

Lastly, even when you use surgery in removing your mole, it is not an assurance that it will not grow back. There would always be a small chance that moles will recur because, after surgery, few mole cells might remain in your skin and cause for it to grow back. Let not moles bother your entire life; you are still beautiful in the way you think you are.
