A light, smooth, and flawless skin is every woman's dream. Every time we see someone who owns this type of dream we have, we often ask,  "how does she do it? What products does she use?" But in reality, it sometimes doesn't really matter what product is being used.  What matters is the routine we have in how well and frequent we take care of ourselves. Here are some ways on how to achieve a perfect skin.


1. Use the correct cleanser for your skin type. A dermatologist by the person of Dr. Ava Shamban says that the appropriate cleanser for a mature dry skin is a milky cleanser. For skins with brown spots, the perfect product is a brightening wash.

2. Drink the right liquids. Instead of having coffee after waking up, it is better to have a dose of chlorophyll every morning to maintain healthy cellulite. Chlorophyll also serves as  wound healer, blemish banisher, wrinkle repressor, and odor banisher.


3. Maintain a healthy diet. This is what we call eating for beauty. Not only does having a healthy diet gives you a god body, but also a healthy skin. It is important that we are aware that what we put on our mouth is as significant as what we apply on our skin. Skin - strengthening foods are sardines, chia seeds,  and walnuts for omega-3 fatty acids; bell peppers, strawberries, citrus fruits, and broccoli for collagen - boosting vitamin C. While almond butter, pumpkin, potatoes and carrots are also antioxidant - rich vitamins A and E.

4. Moisturize every day and night. A dermatologist advised that the best time to moisturize your skin is right after shower and before going to bed.


5. Never let your fingers touch your face. Your hands and fingers do almost all of the works in everyday life. That means it has also grasped almost all of the bacteria around. It could cause breakouts, scarring, and increase in wrinkles.

6. Hydrate in all ways possible. Water plays a very important role in our lives and also in our skins. It is claimed that drinking adequate amount of water gives a radiant, healthy, and younger - looking skin. Lack of water results to a dry, tight, and flaky skin.



There are still a lot of ways on how to take care of your skin, but those that are discussed above the the basic and most important points you should remember. True it is that we should take care of our skin because not only does it give beauty, but also protection.
